401-K Retirement Plan - Kruse & Associates encourages savings for the future and the well-being of your future and making it successful. Our 401-K employee retirement plan encourages employees through tax-favored retirement saving through a generous company matching contribution. A diverse variety of investment options are available through the plan.
Continuing Education - Our program offers the opportunity as part of compensation the ability for personal growth and self-improvement by providing financial assistance for the cost of continuing education.

Flexible Work Arrangements - We at Kruse & Associates, Inc. encourage the use of non-typical work schedules and that of our clients. Work time must be approved by the client facility or your manager, but may be as flexible as the facility or your manager may allow for proper coverage.
Medical/Dental/Vision - The medical/dental/vision plan offers a very rich preferred provider organization plan on a local and a national basis. Pharmaceuticals are included in the plan. The plan is designed to balance a broad coverage with affordability with the company covering a portion of the costs for employees.

Flexible Spending Accounts - This plan allows for the employee to pay for eligible medical expenses not covered under the health and dental plans. In addition it assists with expenses related to the care of young children or elderly parents while employees work. ALL TAX SHELTERED!

Life Insurance - Basic life insurance with accidental death and dismemberment is paid for entirely by the company.
